Yesterday, the Spanish government released a report detailing their findings about the nightmare blackout on 28 April. It’s heavily redacted. The image quality on the graphs suggested this was slapped together under duress. And—of course—it’s in Spanish.
I’ve hastily translated the report into Spanish with an AI tool and copy-pasted the images. I haven’t read it yet. It might be some time; I’m busy and sleep-deprived.
